Dr. Arceo Psychiatric Services may communicate with patients via text messaging using HIPAA-compliant services. Our office offers secure text messaging through iPlum for appointment reminders, scheduling, and very limited clinical communication.
Electronic communication may involve certain privacy risks. Patients may opt out of text messaging at any time by replying STOP or contacting our office at 702-476-4321.
By providing your mobile number and choosing to communicate with us via text message, you consent to receive text messages from our office. Text messages may include protected health information (PHI).
Text messaging is not monitored 24/7 and should not be used for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

Our office offers telehealth appointments using Doxy, a HIPAA-compliant video conferencing platform.
Telehealth allows patients to receive care remotely. Patients are responsible for ensuring they are in a private, secure location during their telehealth session. By participating in a telehealth appointment, you acknowledge and consent to these terms.
